Returning your purchase is easy. Simply return your purchase by mail up to 30 days after your purchase was shipped
If you’d rather exchange your purchase for something new, great! Simply send it to 173 French St. 1B New Brunswick, NJ 08901 within 60 days after your order was shipped.
Please note: Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the purchase was shipped if in original condition with its packaging, warranty documents, and instructions. In certain states, gift cards may be refunded for cash once the balance is below the applicable state law threshold: Under $ 10.00 in California; under $ 5.00 in Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey and Washington; under $ 1.00 in Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont.
How to ship your return
FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
- Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
- Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return. Let us know your reason for return on the packing slip—we’re always looking for ways to do it better!
- Stick the pre-printed return label on the center of the box and your pre-printed return address on the top left corner of the box.
- Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to: 173 French St. 1B New Brunswick, NJ
What happens next?
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect your shipment before we can process a refund. If everything looks good, we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
Please note: We can process KAY.com returns by mail, but any purchase made in store must be returned or exchanged in person at a KAY Jewelers or Sterling Family of Jewelers location. KAY isn’t responsible for merchandise that’s not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, ear piercing earrings, gift cards. Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions. Prior to returning a smartwatch, we require the removal, un-syncing and deletion of all data stored on the product.
All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.
Check – A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
Cash – When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.
Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law).
Trade-Ins – You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.
Exchanges Accompanied by Gift Receipt – You may return your item for a gift card within 30 days of the purchase date. You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days. This excludes purchases made with Progressive Lease.
CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY – Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken before the clearance prices shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.
